Hello Dave,
From the icons, click the #15. When you position your mouse above it will say "Host an Image", a pop up will appear and you will need to find the picture in your hard drive by clicking on browse.

After that you need to click on Host it and three options will come up: Thumbnail, Image and Image Url.
They are three different formats, the last step is copy and paste, once you choose the size of the picture you want to display, (I recommend using Image) then you need to copy that http address and paste it in the box where you type. Not a very user friendly system, but once you post a couple is not very hard.
